~ Power of the Mind ~

As humans, we all have our own ups and downs in life. Some days may seem like everything is falling apart and others seem great. I am guessing you are thinking, “that’s most definitely true,” and if you are, stop right there. I want you to think about something.

When you wake up one morning and something doesn’t go as planned, does it throw your whole day off? Do you get frustrated and think, “This is not going to be my day,” or “Could this day possibly get any worse?” Then throughout the whole day, you are in a terrible mood and the smallest things frustrates you?

The key to handling everything, is your mindset. Yes, I said it. Your mind is the most powerful thing. If you tend to think negative thoughts or worry, your mind processes more of those negative thoughts. If you fill your mind with positive thoughts and things that make you feel at peace, then your mind will flow with positive thoughts.

I know it may seem silly, but it’s true. You can prove it to yourself. When you wake up in the morning, think nothing but positive thoughts. As the day progresses, be sure to keep thinking positive. By the end of the day, you will see how the mind is truly powerful. If you fill your mind with positive thoughts, more positive thoughts will fulfill your mind creating opportunities. If you fill your mind with negative thoughts, more problems will form.

As Buddha said, “Your mind is a powerful thing. When you filter it with positive thoughts, your life will start to change.”
